I have been the head coach for Espoo Blues since 2007. I have met Jouko Arvonen in May 2007.
He introduced himself to me and presented his ideas of working and mentoring me and my players during the season. Co-operation with him was the key factors that our whole organisation became successful. Jouko Arvonen thought us how to really work together towards success!

He was a very good mentor to me and he has optimal talent and knowledge to feel where the prosecc is going at each time we talked. We also used his farax questionnaire through this time. All the coaches and players filled them. I learned a lot from those questionnaires about my team and they helped me to communicate with the team.

I have worked together with Jouko Arvonen from 2007 to 2010. We have jumped to the different level as an organisation. Personally I won the coach of the year nomination in 2007 - 2008. Jouko Arvonen was a key factor to support me throught my time in Espoo Blues!

Espoo Blues- 2008 - 2009 Champion hockey league final four, fourth place in finnish league.
Espoo Blues 2009 - 2010 Play off team in finnish league.


I fully recommend Jouko Arvonen to other people or organisation any day!
